At FunZone Bounce & Play, we strive to deliver safe, fun, and memorable experiences for all visitors. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our cancellation and refund policy.

Booking Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your booked session to be eligible for a refund.

If cancelled within this time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of your session.

If you fail to attend your booking without prior notice, the session will be treated as a "no-show" and is non-refundable. Refunds can take up to 28 days to be completed.

Changing Your Booking
We will do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule your session, subject to availability.
To change a booking, please contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance.
Event Cancellation by FunZone
In the rare event that we must cancel a session (e.g. for maintenance, staff shortages, or safety reasons), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to rebook for another available date.

Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a service is not delivered with reasonable care and skill or as advertised, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund or rebooking.
