Inherent Risk:

 

I understand that while every reasonable effort is made to ensure the safety of all children and adults at the play centre, the nature of physical play involves some risk. This includes but is not limited to minor bumps, bruises, scrapes, and the potential for more serious injury in rare cases.

Session Times:

 

Session times run for 1 hour (unless a 2 hour slot has been booked) - If a customer chooses to join the session once it has begun, your booking slot will still end at the end of the session.

Supervision:

 

I understand that it is my responsibility to supervise my child at all times unless the session specifically includes supervised or staff-led activities. I agree to remain within the facility and reachable in the event of an emergency.

Wristband Entry

 

Only patrons with play access wristbands may enter the play area. If the child you are caring for needs supervision then you must purchase a full entry ticket to enter the play area.

Use of Equipment:

 

I will ensure that either myself or child I am responsible for, uses the equipment in a safe and responsible manner and follows the play centre’s posted rules and staff instructions.

Health and Fitness:

 

I confirm that myself or the child I am responsible for is physically able to participate in activities at the play centre and does not have any medical conditions that could pose a risk during play (unless disclosed).

Release of Liability:

 

I agree to waive, release, and discharge the play centre, its staff, and associated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or deliberate harm.

Property Loss or Damage:

 

I understand that the play centre is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings.

 

Rules and Policies:

 

Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Verbal abuse and profanity or intimidating behaviour towards other patrons, staff or anyone else on the premises will result in you and any members of your party being asked to leave immediately. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol will be asked to vacate the premises. The police may also be informed.

I have read and understood the rules of the play centre and agree to ensure that myself and the child in my care complies with them. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.
