On the day
What if something isn't right?
Speak to a member of staff or ask for the duty manager. Most things are quicker to put right on the day. If you'd rather raise it afterwards, email us and we'll respond within 5 working days.
On the day
What happens if my child gets lost?
Tell the nearest member of staff straight away. Don't wait, and don't worry about overreacting — we'd far rather look for a child who turns out to be behind the slide.
On the day
Do you supervise the children?
No. Our marshals monitor the arena for general safety, but responsibility for supervising your child stays with you throughout.
On the day
Can I take photos?
Not in the arena or café, to protect the privacy of every child in the building. If you've booked a party room you're welcome to take photos inside it during your time. Never in the toilets or changing areas.
Access
Can we visit before booking?
Please get in touch and we'll arrange it. We'd far rather talk it through than have you arrive and find it isn't right.
Access
Can wheelchair users go on the inflatables?
Not with a wheelchair or mobility aid, as the surfaces are air-filled and unstable. Everyone in the arena needs to be able to move around it independently, or with the hands-on support of an adult who stays with them. We aren't able to provide hoists, transfers or lifting.
Access
Is the venue accessible?
Our café, seating, reception and washrooms are step-free, and mobility aids are welcome throughout those areas.
SEN sessions
Will it suit my child?
We can't promise it will. Every child is different, and you know yours best. We'd encourage you to judge what's right for them, and we'd genuinely welcome your feedback on how we can make these sessions better.
SEN sessions
Do carers pay?
Every child brings one carer free — whatever their age, and whether that carer goes on the inflatables or stays in the café. Your free carer needs to stay with the child they came with.
SEN sessions
Do we need a diagnosis?
No, and we won't ask for proof.
SEN sessions
What makes an SEN session different?
Softer lighting, quieter music, and half our usual number of people so there’s room to breathe.
Parties
Does the party host supervise the children?
No. Your host looks after the practical side — setting up the room, serving food, keeping things to time and clearing away. Supervising children stays with their parents, guardians and carers, as it does on any visit.
Parties
Can we move our party?
Yes, up to 48 hours beforehand, subject to availability, and your deposit moves with it. The deposit isn't refunded if you cancel.
Parties
How do we pay?
A £50 deposit secures your date. The balance is settled after the party based on final numbers, so you're never paying for children who didn't turn up.
Parties
What's the difference between the packages?
All three include an hour in the arena and 40 minutes in a private party room. Bronze means ordering food separately from our café menu; Silver and Gold include a set food package. Gold adds party bags and a free return voucher.
Parties
How many children can we have?
From 10 to 30. For larger groups, private hire takes up to 100.
Food and drink
Someone in our group has an allergy. What should we do?
Tell us on the waiver when you book, and mention it again when you arrive. Full allergen information for everything we serve is kept at the café counter — just ask to see it. Our kitchen handles nuts, milk, eggs and gluten, so we can't guarantee any item is free from cross-contamination.
Food and drink
What about a birthday cake?
Cakes are the one exception. Let us know in advance and we'll talk you through it.
Food and drink
Can we bring our own food?
No, other than baby food, baby milk and water. We're responsible for allergen information for everything served on our premises, and we can only stand behind food we've prepared ourselves.
Before you arrive
Is there parking?
Yes, free and right outside. It's first come, first served, so allow a few extra minutes at weekends.
Before you arrive
What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Please remove jewellery and watches, empty your pockets, and tie long hair back. Anything with buckles or hard fastenings may need to come off before you go in.
Before you arrive
Do we need special socks?
Grip socks are compulsory in the arena for everyone, adults included. You're welcome to bring your own, or buy a pair at reception. They're included free with Silver and Gold party packages.
Before you arrive
Can I do the waiver before we come?
Please do. It's the single best way to skip a queue at the door. If you're hosting a party, send the link out with your invitations.
Before you arrive
Do we need to fill in a waiver?
Yes, one per child, completed by a parent or guardian. It takes about two minutes and lasts a full year, so if you've been in the last twelve months you're already covered.
Booking and tickets
Can I cancel or change my FunZone Sessions?
Bookings can't be cancelled or refunded, but you can reschedule to another session up to 24 hours before your start time, subject to availability. For a 2:00 PM session, that means by 2:00 PM the day before. Inside the final 24 hours, bookings can't be moved, and no-shows aren't refundable.
Booking and tickets
Do under 1s pay?
Under 1s go free.
Booking and tickets
My child is under 5. Do I have to go in with them?
Yes. Under 5s must be supervised on the inflatables by an adult who goes in with them, so you'll need a full adult ticket rather than the £3 spectator one — even if you don't plan to bounce yourself. Worth budgeting for, as it catches people out.
Booking and tickets
Do adults have to pay?
It depends on one thing: whether you're going into the arena.
Going in, for any reason including supervising, needs a full adult ticket at £11. Staying in the café or viewing areas is £3, and that's flat whether you stay one hour or two.
Booking and tickets
What if I arrive late?
You're welcome to join, but your session still finishes at its scheduled end time.
Booking and tickets
How long is a session?
One hour. You can add a second hour for £6 per bouncer at checkout.
Booking and tickets
Do I need to book in advance?
It's the safest way to get the time you want, especially at weekends and during school holidays. You can book right up to and after a session has started if there's space, but busy slots do sell out.
