Booking & Cancellation Info
To ensure we can continue providing the best experience for all our guests, please review our cancellation policy below: Booking and cancellation policy for FunZone Private Hire: When making a private hire booking with FunZone Bounce & Play, a £50 deposit will be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. Venue hire price: £400 Available: Every day (except bank holidays) (Private Hire up to 100 guests) Rescheduling — you're welcome to move your booking to another date, subject to availability, as long as you let us know at least 7 days before your original date. Your £50 deposit transfers across to the new date. Inside 7 days we're unable to transfer it, so a new deposit would be needed to rebook. Cancelling — you can cancel your booking at any time, but the £50 deposit is non-refundable and isn't returned. Nothing further is charged. If we cancel — in the unlikely event we have to cancel your booking, you'll receive a full refund including your deposit, or you're welcome to move to another date, whichever you prefer.
