SEN Sessions Big fun in a calm space A specially designed session where little adventurers can enjoy everything our inflatable world has to offer, at a gentler pace. Same vibrant inflatables, but with softer lighting, quieter music and a relaxed atmosphere built around sensory needs and emotional comfort. We run at 50% capacity so there's room to breathe, and we've made thoughtful adjustments so every child can play their own way and feel right at home. Every order brings one carer free — whatever their age, and whether that carer goes on the inflatables or stays in the café. We know SEN parents rarely get the choice, so we don't charge for it. Tickets Child under 5 — £7 Child 5 and over — £11 First carer — FREE (Carer must stay with the child they're accompanying throughout the session) Additional adult going on the inflatables — £11 Additional spectator, not going on the inflatables — £3 Duration Sessions run for 1 hour, with the option to add a second for £6 per bouncer. Extra hours apply only to people going on the inflatables — carers and spectators pay nothing extra either way. Please note: if you're booking the 11am session, there's no second hour available, as we close at 12pm.
Booking & Cancellation Info
During SEN sessions we lower the lighting and sound, and reduce the total number of people in the building so there's more room and less noise. Every child is different, and we can't guarantee the environment will suit yours — you know them best, so we'd encourage you to judge what's right for them. We'd genuinely welcome your feedback and ideas on how we can make these sessions better. Children under 5 or children that require care must be supervised by the responsible parent, guardian or carer at all times. We permit one parent/carer to enter our sessions for free. Please note that responsibility for supervising your child remains with the accompanying adult. To ensure we can continue providing the best experience for all our guests, please review our booking and cancellation policy below. We close at 12pm for this session, so please don't add an extra hour after 11am. Bookings can be made right up to and after a session has started, subject to availability. Your time in the FunZone ends at the scheduled end of the session, whatever time you arrive. If you've booked an additional hour, your time expires at the end of the following session. Grip socks must be worn on all play equipment — bring your own or buy a pair from us for £2.75. Rescheduling your session You can change your session as long as you do it at least 24 hours before the start time. Changes are subject to availability. Late arrivals and no-shows aren't refundable. If we cancel — in the unlikely event we have to cancel your session, you'll receive a full refund or you're welcome to move to another date, whichever you prefer.
